  2. COMMANDS MENU HELP

  5. The Commands Menu Item dictates specific actions like movement of
  6. Active Cell, calculation order, insertion or deletion of Rows and
  7. Columns, filling in of data over selected Ranges and Easy Sort.

  13. Use Select to reposition the worksheet at a specified location.
  14.  
  15. All Cells - selects all Cells between A1 and the rightmost,
  16. bottommost cell containing data.  The window is repositioned with
  17. A1 in the upper left corner.  Shift F9 key also performs this
  18. Function.
  19.  
  20. Last Cell -  selects the cell in the rightmost, bottommost position
  21. which contains data, and positions that Cell in the upper left
  22. corner of the window.  Shift F10 key performs the same function.
  23.  
  24. Active Cell - positions the display so that the currently selected
  25. Cell is in the upper left corner of the display.
  26.  
  27. Specify Location - displays a requester into which you can type
  28. the Column/Row location of any Cell in the worksheet.  This
  29. display will position with this Cell in the top left corner.

  31. Specify Name - displays the Name requester so you may select
  32. a Cell location by Range Name.

  38. Dictates the timing of recalculations.  Calculations can occur as:
  39.  
  40.    Automatic - the entire Worksheet recalculates each time any Cell
  41.                is modified.
  42.  
  43.    Manual    - the Worksheet is recalculated only when the
  44.                Calculate Now Menu Item is selected.
  45.  
  46.    Now       - causes immediate recalculation when evoked.

  54. Add is used to either specify or modify 5 lines of Text for a Cell
  55. Note which may be either spoken, written or both.
  56.  
  57. Erase allows the deletion of an existing note.

  64. Insert allows insertion of either one or a multiple of Rows and
  65. Columns.  Blank Rows are inserted above the Active Cell in any
  66. Column while blank Columns are inserted to the left in Row.

  68. Delete can remove either single or multiple selected Rows or Columns.
  69. MaxiPlan will respond with a Requester asking you to confirm any
  70. Row or Column deletions.  Deletion will remove all data and formats
  71. in the deleted Rows and Columns.  Thus any Cell References to the
  72. deleted Rows or Columns may result in an error in calculations.

  78. Fill Down copies all information from the top Row of the selected
  79. Range to all other Rows in the Range.  Formulas containing Relative
  80. Cell References are adjusted.  Labels and values are simply copied.
  81. Absolute Cell References may have to be adjusted.

  83. Fill Down is also accessed by:  Right Amiga Key with D
  84.                                 F6 Function Key

  86. Fill Right copies all information from the left most Column of the
  87. selected Range to all other Columns in the Range.  Relative Cell
  88. References, labels and values are handled as in Fill Down.  Absolute
  89. Cell References may have to be adjusted.

  91. Fill Right is also accessed by:  Right Amiga Key with R

  106. contents in the Cells of the first left most Column of the selected
  107. Range.  Easy Sort can also be accessed by F6 with Shift Key.
